End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: June 4, 2025

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and the provider of StakeRunner (“we”, “us”, “our”) regarding your use of the StakeRunner software and services (“Software”). By installing, accessing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
   We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
   
   

2. License Term and Fees
   You are purchasing a license that grants you access to the full functionality of the Software for one (1) year from the date of activation. Additionally, remote automation is available through our cloud server at a cost of $24.99 per month.
   
   

3. Restrictions
   
   You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software;

• Use the Software for any illegal activity or in violation of local laws;

• Share, rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the Software;

• Interfere with or bypass any security or usage limits within the Software;

• Use the Software in a manner that violates the terms of any third-party platform.
  
  

4. Ownership
   The Software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of StakeRunner and/or its licensors.
   
   

5. Updates and Support
   We may provide updates to improve features or fix bugs. Support is available via email at support@stakerunner.com and is offered on a best-effort basis.
   
   

6. Termination
   This license may be terminated if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and remove all copies from your devices.
   
   

7. Disclaimer
   The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your requirements, or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. No financial or performance guarantees are made.
   
   

8. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.
   
   

9. Platform Independence
   StakeRunner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Stake.com, Stake.us, or any of their subsidiaries. Use of third-party services is at your own discretion and risk.
   
   

10. Governing Law
    This Agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vaud, Switzerland.
